the customer service was courteous and professional!! I'm a regular customer and my vehicle didn't get very clean from the drive threw.I went to the laundry part and talked to Jared Green he set me up to go threw again and still the car wasn't clean . great place to go if you are in a pinch and need to clean your own car.
they have an under carriage wash as well in a couple of the bays, and let you park a few minutes to make sure your car is dry enough when it's cold out.
